Womens Cardio Kickboxing in Colorado Springs

Sr. Head Instructor Martha Taylor works diligently on making sure each of her Cardio Kickboxing classes is filled with strengthening the Heart, the Mind, and the Body!

Each class starts with high intensity cardio and then practices many forms of kickboxing, i.e., pad drills, kicking drills, tai boxing drills, etc.
Also incorporated in the classes are resistance strength training, stretching, and forms.

Teens and adults of all ages are welcomed and challenged to set their goals high and work hard to achieve them!

During the class the student raises their heart rate, improves flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. And did we mention fun??

    I joined this group from the encouragement of my son and his family. I attended a self-defense class and realized that this was something I could do for myself. I retired from teaching elementary school and was just sitting all the time. I missed running after my students and needed something to get myself up and active again. I am the oldest in the class. I have limitations to some of the things that we do, but I am able to modify for my abilities. This class has been wonderful for me in giving me back an activity that keeps me moving and FEELING HEALTHY! If I can do this, anyone can do it.

    Women’s Kardio Kickboxing was the best thing that ever could get myself into. Its a way of life for me. I honestly cannot imagine my life without it. I have made friends with some of the most outstanding, group of ladies. I have learned so much since i have been doing kickboxing, not just from the others that I train with , but also from a real great instructor. Looking forward to more
